Home Visits

Doctor's bagIf you think you require a visit, please telephone the surgery before 10.30am. The receptionist will ask for some details so that the day can be planned, and  priority can be given to urgent cases.

Visits are only if the patient’s medical condition makes it impossible for them to come to the Surgery.

Home visits use up a large amount of Clinicians time in travelling alone.

If someone is so ill that they need to go to Hospital, they will have to be moved anyway.

Most examinations and tests are best done at the Surgery.
