Chaperone Policy

The Whitecliff Group practice is committed to providing a safe environment where patients and staff are confident that best practice is being followed. As a patient, you are entitled to ask for a chaperone for any appointment or examination and we will do our upmost to provide a trained chaperone. If you know in advance you would like a chaperone, please do mention it as soon as possible.


Zero Tolerance Policy

Like all practices, The Whitecliff Group Practice has a zero tolerance towards any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour. This includes verbal or otherwise to staff and members of the public on practice premises. We can refuse to provide a service, report the incident to the Police and request that the patient and their family be removed from their Practice list.

The Whitecliff Group Practice are committed to both eliminating discrimination and promoting diversity amongst staff and patients. This includes discrimination based on age, gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, and religion/beliefs. 

If you feel discriminated against, we encourage you to raise this with the Practice Manager and the matter will be investigated thoroughly.
